Processing Time
Every item is made especially for you. Most of our products are made on demand rather than pulled from warehouse stock, so production time varies depending on the item — simpler products typically ship faster, while more detailed or personalized pieces take a bit longer. You can find the estimated production time listed on each product page. Please also note that production may take slightly longer during high-demand or seasonal periods.

Shipping Time

🇺🇸 United States
After production is complete, delivery typically takes 4–8 business days (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

🌍 International Orders
We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on destination, local postal services, and customs processing.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping — calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.
  • Free Shipping — available on qualifying orders and during promotional events.
  • Expedited Shipping — need it sooner? Faster options may be available at checkout.
  • Shipping Protection — optional, available at checkout, to help cover lost, damaged, or missing packages in transit.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges set by your country. These are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.

Shipping Delays
We work hard to deliver on time, but delays can occasionally happen due to:

  • Carrier disruptions

Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:

  • We can't guarantee successful delivery.
  • Returned packages may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
  • We're not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date). Our team will work with the carrier to investigate and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement.
