We know how exciting it is to wait for something made just for a book lover. That's why we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
Every item is made especially for you. Most of our products are made on demand rather than pulled from warehouse stock, so processing time varies by product type.
Our typical processing times are:
- Clothing: 3–5 business days
- Jewelry: 3–5 business days
- Book Vases: 5–7 business days
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing times are estimates and may be slightly longer during high-demand periods, holidays, or seasonal sales.

Shipping Time
Shipping time begins after your order has finished processing.
🇺🇸 United States
Estimated delivery times vary by product type:
- Clothing: 4–10 business days
- Jewelry: 4–10 business days
- Book Vases: 7–15 business days
These estimates apply to most U.S. destinations and may vary for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or remote locations.
🌍 International Orders
We proudly ship to many countries worldwide. For all destinations outside the United States — including the European Union and the United Kingdom — delivery typically takes 10–30 business days after processing (all products, including book vases), depending on the destination, local postal services, and customs processing.
Please keep in mind that international orders may take longer than U.S. orders due to customs clearance or local carrier delays.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Processing plus shipping, from the day your order is placed:
- United States: clothing and jewelry 7–15 business days; book vases 12–22 business days
- Rest of the world (including the EU and UK): clothing and jewelry 13–35 business days; book vases 15–37 business days
The estimated arrival dates shown on each product page are calculated the same way for the country you shop from.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping — $4.99 for US orders and $9.99 for international orders.
- Free Shipping — free standard shipping on US orders of $75 or more and international orders of $100 or more.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges determined by your country. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer's responsibility.
Shipping Delays
We work hard to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but occasional delays may occur due to:
- Severe weather conditions
- Customs inspections
- Carrier disruptions
- High seasonal demand
- Unexpected production delays
If your order is delayed, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete:
- We can't guarantee successful delivery.
- Returned packages may require an additional shipping fee for reshipment.
- We're not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the latest estimated delivery date. Our team will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and, when appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
