Track Your Order
Every Bookish Society piece is made to order, just for you. Here’s how to follow yours from our studio to your reading nook.
Find your tracking number
- Shipping confirmation email: as soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your package.
- Your account: sign in to your account and open Orders to see the status of every order, including its tracking details.
- Track it here: enter your order number or tracking number on our order tracking page.
When will it arrive?
Clothing and jewelry are made in 3–5 business days and book vases in 5–7. Delivery then typically takes 4–10 business days within the United States (book vases 7–15) and 10–30 business days to the rest of the world, including the EU and UK.
Estimated total delivery time (production + shipping): United States 7–15 business days (book vases 12–22); rest of the world 13–35 business days (book vases 15–37). The estimated arrival date on each product page is calculated the same way for your country.
Tracking numbers can take a few business days to show up in the carrier’s system after your order ships. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages with different tracking numbers.
Need a hand?
If your tracking hasn’t updated after 7 business days (US) or 15 business days (international), or your package shows as delivered but you can’t find it, email us at support@bookishsociety.com with your order number and we’ll look into it.
