QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER
The shipping cost may vary depending on the shipment location and the store's policy, such as the number of products purchased.
You may get your exact shipping expenses by adding products to your cart, proceeding to checkout, and entering your mailing address. The shipping cost will be updated immediately and displayed in your final total.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. International shipping may take an additional 1–2 weeks depending on your local carrier and customs processing.
We currently do not support adding a discount code to an existing order automatically.
However, please contact our support team at support@bookishsociety.com and we'll do our best to assist you.
If you have a valid promotion code, simply add your favorite products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Enter the code in the discount/promo code box before completing your payment.
Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional code can be applied per order.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
QUESTIONS ABOUT ORDER STATUS AND DELIVERY
You can find tracking information in your order confirmation or shipping confirmation email.
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive separately and include different tracking numbers.
Tracking numbers may take 3–5 business days to appear in the shipping carrier's system.
If your tracking still does not work after 7 business days (US) or 15 business days (international), please contact our support team.
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found:
- Check around your delivery location and mailbox.
- Review the tracking information in your email.
- Contact your local shipping carrier.
- Reach out to our support team if the package still cannot be located.
Once your request has been approved, refunds or replacements are usually processed within 7 business days.
Refunds may take 10–15 business days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
MODIFYING OR CHANGING AN ORDER
You may request changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting our support team.
After production begins, orders can no longer be modified or canceled.
If your order qualifies for cancellation, there is no cancellation fee.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund if eligible.
PAYMENT
Your card will be charged immediately after your order has been successfully placed.
Your bank may decline the payment for security reasons.
Please contact your bank directly or try another payment method. If the issue continues, feel free to contact our customer support team.
OTHER
We take fraud and phishing seriously.
If you receive suspicious emails or messages claiming to be from our store, please contact us immediately at support@bookishsociety.com.
We use secure SSL encryption technology to protect your personal and payment information during checkout.
Your credit card information is processed securely and is never stored on our servers.
